A list of some of the past projects that I’ve been a part of:
- Principal designer and manager for launching the Coulee Community Land Trust
- Gays Mills Relocation Project
- Developed 17 units of affordable rental housing in Gays Mills, Wisconsin.
- Created a vanguard project of 14 units of affordable housing in Rockland, Wisconsin which helped the village avoid foreclosure. Today, 54 of 56 lots in the development are have been developed.
- Launched Coulee CO.STARTERS in La Crosse. The program has helped more than 40 business start or improve their operations.
- Launched “The Gig”, La Crosse’s only co-working space.
- Increase housing rehabilitation funding by 1000% over 12 years.
